Luigi Arredondo is an acclaimed saxophonist, band leader, business owner, drummer and composer known for his electrifying performances and genre-blending sound. With a career spanning over a decade, he has captivated audiences across the globe with his soulful tone and innovative arrangements. As a band leader, Luigi brings together world-class musicians to create immersive live experiences, while his compositions seamlessly fuse jazz, Latin, funk, and contemporary styles. Whether on stage or in the studio, Luigi continues to push musical boundaries, earning recognition for his artistry, creativity, and deep emotional expression through his music.

Luigi has had the privilege of performing alongside esteemed Grammy nominated and award winning artists including Olga Tañon, Elvis Crespo, Tito Puente Jr, DARUMAS, Electric Kif, Agapito Pascual, Sandy Reyes, John Lumpkin Jr, Dennis Marks, Terry ‘Doc’ Handy, DiSip, Ekip, Entrain; as well as performing for many public figures such as Raheem Mostert, Tua Tagovailoa, Mike Tyson, Sammy Nestico, Jesse Williams and numerous others. Luigi’s talents have taken him to prestigious music venues and festivals worldwide, including the Pompano Beach Jazz Festival, Clearwater Jazz Festival, Prohibition Kitchen, Miami Beach Bandshell, Adrienne Arsht Center, Good Times, The Jazz Corner, and performances in France, Mexico, Suriname, Bahamas, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and across the United States.

Whether as a soloist or in various ensemble configurations ranging from duos to quintets, Luigi offers a diverse repertoire spanning Jazz, Funk, R&B, and Latin genres. Excitingly, Luigi aims to release his debut album in the fall of 2025, further showcasing his musical prowess, original compositions and artistry .

Luigi Arredondo is an acclaimed saxophonist, drummer, and composer of Dominican & American heritage. Graduating from The University of North Florida in the summer of 2021, Luigi has established himself as a remarkable musician, composer, and band leader celebrated for his distinctive and enchanting sound, as well as his expressive, rhythmic and melodious improvisations on the saxophone and drums.

Arredondo has had the privilege of performing alongside esteemed artists including Elvis Crespo, Olga Tanon, Tito Puente Jr, Electric Kif, Entrain, Mario Castro, Agapito Pascual, Ekip, Scott Giddens, Sandy Reyes, John Lumpkin Jr, Dennis Marks, Terry ‘Doc’ Handy, DiSip, and numerous others. Luigi’s talents have taken him to prestigious music venues worldwide including The Pompano Beach Jazz Festival, Clearwater Jazz Festival, Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, Norton Museum of Art, The Jazz Corner, WDNA 88.9 Jazz FM Radio and performances in France, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Mexico, Suriname, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and across the United States.

Available for bookings for recording sessions as well as live performances whether as a soloist or in various ensemble configurations ranging from duo to sextet, Luigi offers a diverse repertoire spanning Jazz, Funk, R&B, Bossa Nova, NeoSoul, and Latin. Luigi is also a professional educator and offers private lessons in-person or online on saxophone, drums, piano, and music composition.

Luigi Arredondo intends to release his recorded album “Reform” in the winter of 2025, further showcasing his musical prowess and artistry.
